DermaZinc offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States. To simplify the order processing, we provide a flat shipping and handling fee for all orders placed online or on the phone. Flat rate shipping carrier type is determined by DermaZinc (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For all domestic orders, please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. All international orders, please allow 10-20 business days. All international locations must pay real time rates. Expedited orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time on regular business days will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 2pm on regular business days will ship on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Expedited service does not include weekends/holidays. Please note, we currently do not ship to Mexico or Canada. Also, please be aware that shipping fees do not include any customs or VAT fees that may occur.
We accept returns on all customer orders purchased through our website. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the product is in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and let us know immediately if there is a problem with your shipment by contacting customer service toll free at 1-800-214-9600. International customers can call us via 732-409-1005. Unopened items in new condition can be returned within 90 days of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. You will be refunded once your product arrives back to us in new condition. We will provide return shipping only if the return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. damaged, defective or incorrect item, etc.). We reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund.
